
Adjunct Assistant Professor - School of Information
Ken Meiser is the Vice President of Public Policy for LexisNexis Risk Solutions. He has led product and data strategy for over 25 years in the risk data space: architecting anti-fraud, identity verification, authentication, credentialing and investigative support solutions in use by financial institutions, private companies and government agencies. Mr. Meiser managed one of the nation's largest consortia of fraud and application events servicing financial, telecom, retail and online clients and served as the Chief Compliance Officer for ID Analytics during it’s ownership by LIfeLock and Symantec. Mr Meiser's focus for the last 10 years has been on data stewardship, regulatory compliance, AI and model governance and the balance between consumer privacy, risk reduction and access to critical services. He has testified on information practices and data use issues in numerous states. Ken is a 2018 graduate of the University of Texas’ MSIMS program and serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Texas in the Master of Science in Information Security and Privacy (MSISP) program.
